The Censor is the financial control body of the Association.
The Censor is appointed by the General Assembly.
In cases specified in the national law, the General Assembly may decide either the
establishment of a commission of censors, made up of three members who shall be
in charge of controlling the activities of the Association, or the establishment of a
financial audit commission. The Censors’ Commission should consist of at least one member of the association and an authorized accountant or an expert accountant under ordinance no. 26/2000, Article 27.
Their responsibilities are:
a) to verify how the Association assets are managed;
b) to prepare reports and submit them to the General Assembly;
c) to participate at the meetings of the Council without any voting rights;
d) to perform any other duties stipulated in the Statute or by the General Assembly.
